Converts MRI, CBCT, and contrast-enhanced CT into synthetic CT images for photon dose calculation workflows. Supports MRI-only or CBCT-based dose calculation and adaptive planning while reducing imaging needs.

Transfers and aligns existing contours between image sets (such as CT, synthetic CT, or CBCT-of-the-day). Uses deformable and rigid registration methods to assist offline adaptive workflows and maintain treatment alignment when anatomy changes.
