Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing, developing, and benchmarking various conventional and AI-based algorithms for medical image processing. A significant part of your work will involve developing products based on these algorithms to solve complex clinical problems. You will also contribute to expanding and maintaining our company codebase for smoother product development and integration. We are looking for a candidate with a strong emphasis on machine learning, image processing and 3D mathematics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related field
- Strong Analytical Skills, focused on data analysis and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Deep Learning/Applied Statistics/Model Selection/hyperparameter Search
- Reinforcement Learning
- Bayes Optimization
- PyTorch/TensorFlow, MMCV
- Semantic Segmentation
- Image Registration and reformatting
- Image Classification
- Object Detection
- Solid knowledge of the DICOM standard, including RT extension is a plus
- ITK
- Understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures
- Software Development Patterns
- Source Control
- Agile software development
- Python, C++, JavaScript, Typescript, WebGL
- Git, Docker, Linux
- Experience in the healthcare or medical imaging field is an advantage
