The Associazione Italiana di Radioterapia e Oncologia clinica (AIRO) returns to Rimini for its national congress. This year’s guiding theme, “Radiation oncology: the evolution continues, for everyone”, frames a programme centred on the changing role of the discipline in cancer care. Over three days, plenary and parallel sessions will cover technological innovation, integration with systemic therapies, radiobiological research and theranostics, alongside joint sessions with other scientific societies.
