🎉 Exciting News: AI Auto-Contouring Recommended by NICE for Radiotherapy in the NHS! 🎉

We are thrilled to share a significant milestone that showcases the remarkable impact of innovation in radiotherapy. A number of AI auto-contouring tools, including MVision AI’s Contour+, have been officially recommended by NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) for use within the NHS. This endorsement is a testament to the transformative power of cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and help address the NHS’s challenges.

Since its introduction to the UK on November 22, 2021, MVisionAI has been seen as an indispensable tool for radiotherapy treatment planning, and is now used by 27 radiotherapy departments across the UK. MVision AI has rapidly evolved to process a staggering 2750 scans per month, translating to nearly a quarter of all radiotherapy patients in the UK benefiting from Contour+, guideline-based auto-contouring service.

However, MVision AI’s influence extends beyond mere numbers. The company’s automation segmentation makes it possible to include more OARs in the contouring process, and clinics are using Contour+ as a tool to increase complexity in planning, leading to improvements in plan quality.

Our journey doesn’t stop here. As we celebrate this milestone, we are driven by the passion to continually evolve and innovate, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in radiotherapy. None of this would have been possible without the relentless dedication of the MVision AI team, and our users who are continually pushing radiotherapy forward.
